Thank you for joining our Meditation group. We are all about bringing more connection, love, healing and rejuvenation into our lives. The meeting format is that we usually have a 15 minute social networking time and then we play a guided meditation recording for up to 30 minutes. Some meetings have a few energy healers available afterwards for 15 minute sessions. Sometimes we also add a 15 to 30 minute teaching element.
