Women's Self Defense (Striking)

This second session, in a series of at least four sessions, will focus on learning to strike an opponent with the hands and feet. Safety awareness is also used as the foundation upon which students will build their self defense curriculum. Attendees can wear any type of comfortable clothing.

This is a fun and exciting class! No experience is necessary and your safety is of our utmost concern. Cerpok Sensei is a gentle and patient teacher who leaves his ego at home. If you have ever wanted to participate in a self defense class, this is the one to try!
